This! Sunlight makes such a difference when used correctly. The sun isn’t something to hide from, it’s something to be wary of the dangers whilst reaping the benefits of. Very well written and so much evidence!!

Hi Ollie, as someone who plays a lot of pickleball, I can feel the difference on court when my circadian rhythm is dialed in. My Oura ring tracks my morning light exposure and sleep, and the days I get outside early — even just a short walk before coffee — my reaction time, balance, and decision‑making are noticeably sharper.

It’s funny how the simplest “training tool” isn’t a drill or a paddle — it’s sunlight.

I love this! I have seen the benefits sunlight has had on me, my mood and my health. Not only these, but in so many other various ways. Our generation has made us so afraid of the sun! But I guess it's time to change our views now. Thanks for this post :)
