I’m a 26 year old obsessed with longevity science and love sharing what I learn with people.

I’ve spent 8+ years studying the aging process and the mechanisms driving today’s major chronic diseases. We’re living through an epidemic of largely preventable illnesses - where, frustratingly, most people aren’t aware of the causes until it’s too late.

My goal with Longevity Code is to change that — by giving you the evidence-based information and tools to be proactive about your health.

How I got Here

(For those who love detail)

I spent four years studying for my bachelors in Biological Sciences, diving deep into genetics, neuroscience, and the molecular biology of disease.

It might sound like an odd fascination - but I was captivated by how the body can drift from health into disease, and the role aging played.

That curiosity led me to a Master’s degree, specialising further in these areas.

But it was during that time I had my first big realisation:

…almost all the focus was on treating disease, not preventing it.

Conditions like cancer, heart disease, and dementia were often presented in lectures as bad luck, an inevitable part of aging, or purely genetic.

That never sat right with me.

Fast forward 3 years, I now know that’s far from the truth.

The evidence is clear - the major diseases responsible for most deaths after 50 are, in a large proportion of cases, not inevitable; they’re deeply influenced by how we live.

Since that realisation, I’ve worked in various research roles, and a year ago started sharing what I’d learnt online.

What started as a small passion project has now unexpectedly blossomed into a career in science communication.

To be completely honest, I loved the discovery side of research - but never felt at home running experiments in the lab.

The slow pace and the long wait between studies and real-world impact left me restless.

I wanted to keep learning, but also make an impact with what I was learning.

Longevity Code became that bridge.

As a doctoral researcher now, I get to explore the science and translate it into tools people can actually use today.

Knowledge about health shouldn’t stay buried in academic papers - it should be in your hands, helping you live better, feel better, and age the way you’re meant to.

The Longevity Code community we’ve built is made up of some of the most caring, thoughtful, and inspiring people I’ve met, and I’m immensely grateful you’re here.
